Purchasing products from Ambassador Marine

Four ways to shop

• Online:- When you purchase you deal with Barclaycard ePDQ.
  We do not hold any of your credit card details.
  Barclaycard ePDQ will confirm your purchase with you and issue a receipt.
  We accept the following cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, SOLO & DELTA.

  Lines are open 9.00 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Friday.
  Out of hours calls will be taken by our answer phone.

Credit card

We accept secure online payment of the above cards via Barclaycard ePDQ.
Your card information cannot be decoded by anyone other than Barclays, we do not have access to your card details.

If you are ordering by phone please have your credit card details ready (card-holder name, card number, expiry date, security code).

Barclaycard Merchant Services ePDQ is a trading name of Barclays Bank PLC.

Delivery

All items for UK addresses are despatched, subject to availability, by post or courier for delivery within 5 working days.
Price of postage within the UK is normally ex VAT for light items and �5 ex VAT for heavier items. Courier delivery is normally via TNT and costs start at �11 for next business day

International deliveries are are via either TNT or FedEx, European delivery starts at �28 ex VAT for 2 business day delivery, please phone for the rest of the world.

Order placed online prior to midday (UK time) will normally be shipped same day, orders placed after midday will be shipped the next working day. Orders placed during the weekend or over a national holiday will be shipped on the first working day after.

During periods of reduced staffing levels, such as trade shows and religous holidays, there maybe a delay in dispatching your goods, these periods will be published on the homepage.

European Intrastat code for importing the Stripper is 8208 - Knives and cutting blades, for machines or for mechanical appliances.

Returning goods

Goods being returned must be sent back within 14 days of receipt, in perfect condition and in the same packaging they where dispatched in.
